Below we have mentioned some of the common Dell printer problems with their solution:
• Black Lining on the center of prints
Open the upper cover of your Dell Printer and then copy a document and check whether the fluorescent scanner light is uniformly bright or not. Consider replacing it if it is not.
• No Printing in Black & White
If your Dell Printer is printing in black and white, right click on the Dell printer software on your system and go to Properties. Under Advanced tab and select More Options. Deselect the option Use color cartridge for all black printing. Then, click the box next to option Use black cartridge to print in black and white. After that, click OK. Save the changes and c if the problem is fixed.
• Load Paper Error
If you are getting Load paper error on your screen, make sure that the paper type matches with the type selected in the Printer’s control panel. To check this, press the Menu button on the printer and scroll down to locate the Tray Settings option. Press Enter button to get to the Tray Settings menu. Locate the Paper Type by scrolling down and press Enter to get to the paper tray menu. A Paper Type Chart will appear. Using the up and down arrow, select the correct paper type and press Enter. Then, press the Menu button to exit the system. Try printing then to see if the problem is fixed.
